FILMATIC / INFORMATION
Privacy
This notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit the FILMATIC portfolio or contact its owner. The website operator identified below is the controller of that data.
Website operator
RYSZARD TYL FILMATIC ul. Literatów 9, 40-558 Katowice, Poland Tax ID (NIP): 6343039329 Contact: direct@filmatic.studio
Purposes and legal bases
The website uses technical connection data, such as IP address, requested resources and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. This is based on the controller’s legitimate interest in operating a secure portfolio (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you contact us, we process the information you provide to answer your message on the same basis, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing contact information is voluntary, but may be necessary to reply.
Hosting and external media
Cloudflare provides the site’s hosting and content delivery. Films use Vimeo; selected interactive projects may also include YouTube. FILMATIC Radio uses SoundCloud and connects when you activate it. Loading external media shares connection data with the provider, which may use its own storage and cookies. Vimeo embeds use its DNT setting to limit tracking; this does not prevent all provider connections or essential security cookies. YouTube embeds use the youtube-nocookie.com domain. External links, including social profiles, follow the destination’s privacy rules. Providers may process data outside the EEA under the transfer safeguards described in their policies.
Browser storage and analytics
The public site uses browser storage for interface state, including navigation gestures and arrival transitions. FILMATIC uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page views, visits and page performance, including traffic from the EU. A browser script sends these measurements to Cloudflare. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not track individual users across its customers’ websites. FILMATIC does not add an advertising tracker. External media providers apply their own rules. You can clear or restrict browser storage in your browser settings; some interface preferences may then reset. Owner-only Control Room authentication uses a separate session cookie.
Recipients and retention
Data may be handled by providers of hosting, security, communication and the media you load, to the extent required for those services. Correspondence is kept for the time needed to resolve your enquiry and, where relevant, for statutory recordkeeping or the establishment, exercise or defence of claims. Technical data is retained according to the operational and security needs of the service and the relevant provider’s policy.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier processing. Contact direct@filmatic.studio to exercise your rights. You may complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) or your competent supervisory authority. FILMATIC does not use your data for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
